If you are looking for an affordable vacation
rental house in the heart of Gulf Shores, Surfing Turtle Gulf Shores is the
perfect spot for you! Less than a 3-minute walk to beach access (across the
st.) Surfing Turtle Gulf Shores is a fully equipped coastal cottage remodeled
in June 2022. This cutie is right in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama, walking
distance to local attractions, including Sea-N-Suds beachfront restaurant, The
Hangout, and several other restaurants and souvenir shops.

The bedding arrangement is 3 Kings, 3
twin-over-full bunks, and 2 queen sleeper sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped
with everything needed to prepare meals and the screened porch. and outdoor
deck has chairs, loungers, table, and a BBQ grill.

Surfing Turtle 
Gulf Shores has 2 full bathrooms and a private outdoor shower with hot
and cold water.

The kitchen, den, and 2 of the bedrooms are on
the main upper floor, one flight of stairs up. (See the photo) The other
bedrooms, bath, and laundry room are on the lower ground level.

Surfing Turtle Gulf Shores has lots of Beachy
character and the convenience of location, no crowded elevators, and ample
parking. This will become your new favorite place in Gulf Shores.

CANCELLATION: If we receive cancellation 30
days or more before your arrival date, monies paid in will be refunded less a
$100 cancellation fee. Admin Fees and credit card processing fees are
non-refundable. If cancellation is received within 30 days of your arrival, you
will forfeit all monies paid in except for the cleaning fee.

REFUNDS: No refunds will be given for early
departures unless a mandatory hurricane evacuation has been issued by local
authorities, in which case we will refund any unused portion of the rent.
Because we have no control over remodeling work possibly occurring on adjacent
or nearby properties, or power outages, no refunds will be given due to said
occurrences. No refunds will be given for appliance issues, however, we will do
our best to get appliances fixed as quickly as possible.

TRIP INSURANCE: Unforeseen things may happen
that can change your vacation plans. We strongly encourage you to consider
purchasing trip insurance for that extra peace of mind. While we do not sell
trip insurance, we suggest you compare at least 3 different companies and
select the plan best suited for you.

MINIMUM AGE: The person signing the rental
agreement must be at least 25 years old, and is responsible for the unit and
the actions of all occupants and visitors, and must stay in the unit as an
occupant during the entire reservation.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

*After booking, you will receive our rental
agreement via text message (please allow at least 30 minutes to receive the
rental agreement). Your reservation is not confirmed until you complete the
rental agreement.

*We do not process any payments through
VRBO/HomeAway.

*We will use the card you entered when booking
for payment.

*Every reservation includes a 3% processing
fee.

*Reservation must be paid in full 30 days
before your arrival day.

Parking: 3 VEHICLES MAX  in the driveway.
